About the Program
The Reach, Teach, and Grow Outreach Program is a hands-on initiative hosted by The Wanderland Society in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This program promotes sustainable agriculture and natural resource conservation by connecting people across the agricultural sector — especially in historically underserved communities — with educational resources, expert instruction, and career pathways.
What We DO

We begin by building community and expanding networks. The program invites students, farmers, ranchers, and mentors to engage, connect, and collaborate. Through this outreach, participants expand their knowledge and become part of a vibrant community committed to sustainability and growth.

Our education sessions are designed to equip participants with practical, real-world skills they can apply immediately. Hosted at Wanderland Campground, these sessions cover essential topics including:
Water management and irrigation engineering
